Is Cloud 9 handicap accessible?

Yes! 

What is a Food & Beverage (F&B) minimum?

A food and beverage minimum requires a minimum amount of what must be spent on food. It does include cash bar purchases as well.

What type of events are typically held here?

Mostly weddings, but we also hold a handful of corporate events and other special events.

Are there nearby overnight accommodations?

Yes! Cloud 9 is located on the fifth floor of The Olive Ann Hotel, a brand new luxury boutique hotel.

 

Can we chose our own layout?

We have four main layout options to choose from, based on how many guests you will be having.

Are outside foods allowed?

Cakes and packaged snacks are allowed as long as they are from a licensed vendor. 

Are we able to tour the venue before booking?

Of course! We welcome anyone who is interested in booking an event with us to tour the venue free of charge.

Is there anything I should do before I tour the venue?

We do recommend having an estimated guest count

and preferred date, but it is in no means required!

Do you have audio capabilities?

Yes! We have a microphone system and two projectors. 

Does Cloud 9 accomodate to food allergies?

Yes! Our catering menu offers many gluten free and vegan options.

Where do we park?

Cloud 9 is connected by skywalk to a parking ramp. There is also street parking.

Can we bring in our own vendors for decorating?

Yes, you can bring in your own vendors for decorating.

What is the average budget of a couple getting married at Cloud 9?

On average, between 8k-12k.

Is there a guest count minimum?

Nope!

Do you have high chairs for kids?

Yes! But no booster seats.

Are we able to try the food on your catering menu?

Absolutely! We offer a complimentary tasting for all wedding bookings. 

Is there a cake cutting fee?

Yes, it is $2 a slice.

Is a seating chart recommended?

We require a seating chart if you are offering multiple different dinner options and have over 100 guests. This is so we can make sure your guests the best experience and it will help ensure your event runs seamlessly. It is still recommended if you are doing buffet or family style meals, but is not required.
